Senior engineers on carbon.talent take on technically complex data platform work: designing lakehouse architectures, leading migrations, and mentoring junior engineers. What we look for: - 5+ years building production data pipelines and platforms - Deep expertise with dbt, Spark, and at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) - Experience architecting Medallion / lakehouse patterns at scale - Kafka, Flink, or similar streaming experience a strong plus - Track record of delivering platform improvements that reduced incident rates or improved data freshness This is an open carbon.talent role, not a specific company vacancy.
