BI Developers in our pool design and build the reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics environments that business teams rely on daily. The best candidates balance technical precision with an understanding of what decision-makers actually need to see. What we look for: - Expert-level Power BI or Tableau — you know DAX or LookML fluently - Strong SQL — capable of writing the underlying queries, not just dragging fields - Experience building semantic models and certified datasets for self-service use - Understanding of data warehouse concepts (star schema, aggregations, row-level security) - 2–5 years of professional BI development experience This is a talent pool role, not a specific company vacancy.
