Data Analyst

Analysts in our pool work embedded in business teams — building dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and translating data questions into answers. The best candidates combine strong SQL with commercial judgement. What we look for: - Proficient SQL — comfortable writing complex queries without help - Experience with at least one BI/reporting tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase) - Basic Python or R a strong plus - Ability to define metrics, not just report on them - Clear written and verbal communication - 2–4 years of professional data analysis experience This is a talent pool role, not a specific company vacancy.
