- Yes. The Free plan lets you post your role, use matching and run the full hiring pipeline, for as long as you like.
- How does the free trial work?
- A new company can try Team with no card. When the trial ends the company moves to Free and keeps its roles.
- Do I pay per user or per hire?
- No. You pay one flat monthly price per company, and nothing is charged per hire.
- Does every company use the same plans?
- Yes. Every company uses the same plans.
- What does fair use mean?
- Fair use covers normal hiring for one company. If you ever reach your plan’s fair use, we’ll ask you to top up or upgrade. We never stop you without asking.
- Do candidates pay?
- No. Candidates always join free.
- Which plans include ID checks?
- ID checks are on Team and Scale. They are not included in the Team trial, and they are not on Free or Starter.
- Can we test someone we found?
- Yes. Send a SQL or Python skills test or the real-world data experience test, then review the report. Add a working-style profile and a short video.
